Sourcing outstanding and unique products is something we take very seriously. We grew up eating smoked whitefish, but we weren't satisfied with what all the other appetizing shops were selling. So we went out to find something to meet and exceed our high standards. We found it in Lake Michigan. This premium, grade A whitefish are wild-caught from Lake Michigan, are smoked in old smokers (smokers that are older than all of us). They are flaky, meaty, and have a beautiful camp-fire smokiness that really has that old-school flavor! Sold by the 1/2 fish only. Weights of fish vary.
