Our osetra is sustainably farmed.  Osetra has round, plump grains with a unique, lingering, and nutty flavor, reminiscent of hazelnuts or fresh walnuts.  It's got an ultra-silky smooth mouth feel and a coloration ranging from gray to golden chestnut to deep brown.  This buttery caviar is the tits!
