Shelsky’s is super excited to welcome a new comer to our selection of fine smoked salmon.  This BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices) certified salmon is farmed the right way, on an an extremely small and sustainable scale, in the ice cold waters of Iceland.  Rich and mild, it’s shipped fresh and never frozen.  This very special Icelandic salmon is ultra buttery with a profoundly smoky flavor profile.  To put it simply, it is exceptional.
