Our traditional potato latkes are AWESOME! I mean, seriously... fried potatoes in any form are kinda a no brainer.  But, theses sweet potato latkes are super cool too! Lightly sweet thanks to the sweet potatoes, but with the added complexity and depth of celery root, they get just as crispy as their traditional counterparts.  

Reheat on a wire rack in a 425f oven until crisp. 7-10 minutes.
