When we say homemade, we mean HOMEMADE!  A creamy, lightly sweet mixture of Ben’s farmer cheese and sour cream, packaged in our homemade crepes.  We serve them with a side of a compote we make of fresh blueberries and Sprecher’s cream soda.   To serve, fry in a non-stick, carbon-steel, or cast-iron pan in butter until brown on all sides.  Or, for a crowd, brush with melted butter and broil… But keep your eye on ’em.  Don’t walk away!
