Butter. Get your butter. Salmon butter that is. This is far and away the richest, creamiest, and most buttery smoked salmon we have here at Shelsky's. It's very mild in both salt and smoke, and for this reason, it might not be ideal for a bagel, but there are so many more great ways to serve this silky cold-smoked salmon.
