Coming from extremely cold waters, our New Brunswick smoked salmon is rich and silky. Smoother and smokier than the Eastern Gaspe Nova, it is assertive enough to do really well on one of our dense and chewy bagels with cream cheese, but silky and complex enough to adorned a dainty hors d'oeuvre.
