You've heard of artisanal cheese?  Well, this, my friends, is artisanal matzo. It's so great, it doesn't taste like matzo!  We simply are in love with the stuff. It's great in everything you could imagine matzo is great with... swipe it through some chopped liver, top it with some haroset and beet horseradish, eat it with Grandma Yetta's gefilte fish.  Whatever you do, it will make you happy you did it!
