Health salad is coleslaw's lighter cousin. Ours is shredded (not chopped like our coleslaw), with vinegar, a bit of sugar, and our special blend of health salad spices. This slaw is the perfect salad to cut right through the richness of our homemade pastrami, corned beef, and tongue.
