Like the scone was invented as a delivery device for the clotted cream of Devonshire, gefilte fish was invented as a horseradish delivery device... Or so the story goes.  This is Peter's Grandma Yetta's original recipe made with carp, whitefish, and pike.  Savory and handmade in-house, we serve our gefilte fish with cooked carrots and jellied broth.
