A true French delicacy. These herring are gently brined then slowly smoked over oak at a smokehouse in Paris. They're a great part of any breakfast or brunch spread but, served with boiled fingerling potatoes, some whole-grain Dijon mustard, and butter, they truly shine on the dinner table. Pretty spectacular!
