We grate tart Granny Smith apples and horseradish root together to make this special condiment.  Slightly sweeter, with only a wee bit less punch than the traditional beet horseradish.  It's BONKERS good on our Grandma Yetta's Gefilte Fish, but truth be told, it's pretty great on a roast beef sandwich too!
